This 3 inch low voltage remodel housing is flexible, reliable and easy to install. The low voltage remodel housing is designed for accent and task lighting. Insulation must be kept a minimum of 3 inches from housing. Integral thermal protector guards against misuse of insulation materials. The universal housing uses low voltage 20w 50w, MR16 or JC type lamps(12v) and has a class H transformer, step down from 120v to 12v. Damp location allowed.
